Post 900 is proud to announce that Luke Dougherty has been promoted to the rank of Lieutenant effective on February 27, 2007. Luke has proven himself as an effective leader and is actively involved in Post Activities. As Lieutenant, Luke also will fill the role of Post Commander. Congratulations Luke!
